Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the security program for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, compliance, and delivery of cybersecurity services across a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Define, assess, and improve security controls to align with customer objectives and contractual scope.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, driving satisfaction and long‑term value.
• Monitor emerging threats, provide post‑incident analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct technical vulnerability assessments and oversee mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure consistent security outcomes.
• Identify security objectives, perform gap analyses, and strengthen customer security postures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on governance, risk, and vulnerability management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
