Delivery Project Manager – SME

About the role

The Delivery Project Manager – SME serves as the technical and process authority for telecom delivery operations. You will guide complex delivery cases, coach project teams, and uphold quality and process standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to subject‑matter expert for delivery processes, tools, and telecom technologies.
• Support Delivery Project Managers in resolving complex technical, process, or dependency issues.
• Lead quality reviews of project plans, test results, engineering inputs, and acceptance artefacts.
• Train new DPMs and coordinators on telecom delivery standards such as LAN/WAN, routing, circuit delivery, and CPE workflow.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, identify improvement actions, and drive standardisation of MOPs, SOPs, templates and processes.
• Manage high‑impact escalations that require expert intervention.
• Validate high‑level and low‑level designs (HLD/LLD) for complex solutions.
• Support audits, internal quality checks and compliance assessments, and organise training on new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in telecom network delivery and implementation.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• CCNA / CCNP / SD‑WAN certification (preferred).
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
