Demi Chef De Partie

About the role

We are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury all‑inclusive resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The role supports the Chef de Partie in delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent production and presentation of food.
• Follow cost, hygiene and food safety rules in all kitchen activities.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in supervising kitchen staff, providing instruction and training.
• Test taste, appearance and compliance with food safety standards for all dishes prepared.
• Prepare all items listed on the daily menu according to established standards and portion sizes.
• Store and handle food products correctly at the workstation.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Produce food according to standard recipes to guarantee uniform taste and quality.
• Keep accurate records of preparation, cooking and presentation as required by food safety management.
• Execute all duties related to quality and food safety management systems and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Short, well‑kept hair; men must not have a moustache or beard while working in the kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow hygiene and safety regulations.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to support, train and guide junior kitchen personnel.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
