Developer Relationship Specialist

About the role

The Developer Relationship Specialist manages all interactions with real‑estate developers, aiming to increase commission revenue and streamline collection cycles. You will act as the primary liaison between developers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new real‑estate developers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all developer communications.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to gauge developer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
• Negotiate commission agreements that benefit the brokerage.
• Support developers to ensure timely commission payments.
• Collaborate with the collection team to enhance collection processes.
• Resolve payment disputes and outstanding issues with developers.
• Work with marketing to create campaigns promoting new products and obtain marketing materials from developers.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts with developers in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
