Digital Assistant Product Manager

About the role

The Digital Assistant Product Manager will own and drive the development of digital channel products for Crédit Agricole Egypt. You will translate business needs into detailed requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the bank’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for digital channels, define features, and maintain product documentation.
• Prepare product approval packages, risk assessments, compliance documents, and regulatory correspondence.
• Track product performance, manage investment cases, cost tracking, and profitability monitoring.
• Act as the central liaison between business units, technical teams, operations, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
• Support commercial readiness and contribute to go‑to‑market activities.
• Define UAT scope, design test scenarios, coordinate UAT cycles, and ensure quality standards before production release.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and regulatory environments in banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
