Digital Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, performance‑driven Digital Media Manager to own end‑to‑end media strategy across our brands and the AGM portfolio. You will lead media planning, execution, budget management and continuous optimization to maximise campaign impact and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies for multiple brands and the AGM portfolio.
• Manage media planning, execution, optimisation and budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
• Partner with media agencies to create channel strategies, media plans and content recommendations aligned with brand objectives.
• Drive excellence across paid, owned and earned media channels.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and continuously optimise campaigns using analytics insights.
• Negotiate with agencies and partners to secure best commercial value and media opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, audience behaviour and campaign data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in digital media, media planning or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing media agencies, budgets and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working across multiple brands or portfolios is a plus.
