Digital & Media Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital & Media Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end media strategy across multiple brands and the AGM portfolio. The role will own media planning, execution, budget management and performance optimisation to maximise brand impact and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies for all brands in the portfolio.
• Manage media planning, budgeting, execution and performance tracking to ensure ROI.
• Partner with media agencies to design optimal channel mixes, media plans and content approaches.
• Drive digital media excellence across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Negotiate with media partners and agencies to secure best value and placements.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance using data‑driven insights.
• Identify emerging media trends, technologies and consumer behaviours.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and cross‑functional teams to align media with business goals.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or integrated media management.
• Proven track record managing media agencies, budgets and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple brands or portfolios is highly preferred.
