Digital Workplace Service Engineer – Regional (Egypt)

About the role

Otis is seeking a Digital Workplace Service Engineer to support its regional digital transformation strategy. Based in Egypt, you will enable a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace for employees across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance, standardisation and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and drive service improvements.
• Standardise and support telecommunications operations and products.
• Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards.
• Collaborate with global architecture and support teams.
• Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities.
• Participate in project planning and execution.

Required profile

• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong technical background with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• ITIL framework.
• Microsoft collaboration technologies (Office 365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams).
• ServiceNow platform and CMDB management.
