About the role
The Direct Sales Agent will actively seek new business opportunities in the local market, promoting the bank’s financial products through outbound calls and face‑to‑face visits. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and answering queries to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Present financial products to clients using authorized techniques to meet customer needs and preserve QNB’s market share.
- Initiate new customer accounts efficiently and professionally to increase revenues.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required documentation, maintaining accurate records in line with policies and procedures.
- Attend regular meetings with the Direct Sales Supervisor to review daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of retail sales experience.
Required skills
- Basic selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Service‑oriented mindset.
