Direct Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Consultant to join our insurance and financial services team. You will promote life and medical insurance products to both individual and corporate clients, building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell life and medical insurance products to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on renewals and endorsements.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle client inquiries and support claims follow‑up when required.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to enhance retention and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in a paid 1.5‑month training program in Cairo before full activation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (universities only); pharmacy background is a plus.
• Entry‑level or fresh graduate candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and sales mindset.
• Customer‑oriented, relationship‑focused, and self‑motivated.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in the field.
• Very good command of English.
