About the role

Join Flex Asepto’s dynamic logistics team in Ain Sokhna, Suez as a Dispatch Officer. You will coordinate truck and driver dispatches, ensuring timely deliveries while supporting the overall supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the dispatch of trucks and drivers to meet delivery timelines.
• Resolve dispatch issues promptly using strong problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with warehousing management to optimise inventory flow.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of dispatch experience, preferably in the trucking industry.
• Proven coordination and decision‑making abilities.
• Understanding of warehousing principles and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
