District Manager

About the role

The District Manager will lead the sales operations for a defined district within Pharco Corporation, overseeing a team of Medical Representatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on field management to drive market share growth and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve district sales objectives and increase market share within budget and timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop the sales team.
• Prioritize tasks, schedule activities, and set clear goals to maximise team productivity.
• Segment the market, allocate resources across territories, and ensure optimal coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the district budget, including sales expenses and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or a related scientific field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the therapeutic area relevant to Pharco’s product portfolio.
