About the role
Join the Four Seasons team in Cairo as a Door Person, welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanor. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage efficiently.
- Maintain the entrance area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions when requested.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest‑service role.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, courteous attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
