Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Premier Services and Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for its hotel in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves leading all F&B outlets, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of restaurants, bars and room service, maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop and execute revenue‑maximising strategies such as upselling, menu optimisation and promotional packages.
• Manage budgets, monitor food and labour costs, and implement corrective actions to protect profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations across all outlets.
• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team, conduct performance reviews and plan staffing levels.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other hotel departments to create competitive menus and coordinate events, VIP arrivals and conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets in an upscale or international hotel environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of P&L, revenue management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
