Early Years Teacher – International Preschool

About the role

Tots College, an International Preschool in Cairo, is seeking a full‑time Early Years Teacher to join its on‑site team in the 5th Settlement. The successful candidate will deliver a stimulating, inclusive learning environment for young children, following the International Primary Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the IPC framework.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports each child’s social and emotional growth.
• Monitor and record developmental progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs.
• Manage classroom behavior using effective, age‑appropriate strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive curriculum delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in early childhood education and a solid understanding of child development.
• Very good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility, patience, and creativity in delivering age‑appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for interaction with parents and colleagues.
