E‑Commerce Manager – Marketing

About the role

Zahret El‑Bon is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead its marketing strategy across both offline and digital channels. Based in El Obour City, Cairo, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing agency relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that support retail and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy covering ATL, BTL, digital, and in‑store activations.
• Brief, manage, and oversee external marketing agencies to deliver on‑brand, on‑time projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor ATL/BTL campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid media, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, budgets, and service‑level agreements.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimise for ROI and brand growth, and report results to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to design and execute in‑store promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with solid exposure to both offline (ATL/BTL, events, retail) and digital channels.
• Proven track record of managing external agencies and vendors.
• Strong project‑management abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B or specialty manufacturing/retail is a plus.
• Ability to commute to or reside in El Obour City, Cairo.
