Egypt Forex Country Manager

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Egypt, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the Egyptian market. You will be responsible for driving sales, building partnerships with Introducing Brokers, and delivering revenue growth. The role requires deep industry knowledge and a strong local network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in Egypt.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers to enhance market penetration.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and manage a high‑performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure operations comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to strengthen brand recognition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong network of clients and Introducing Brokers in Egypt.
• Based in Cairo and able to work on‑site.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Leadership ability to build and manage a local team.
