EMEA Training Director (Cairo-based)

About the role

Alorica is seeking an experienced Training Director to lead the design, delivery, and measurement of training programs across the EMEA region, based in Cairo. You will shape learning strategies that support business growth and ensure high performance across our contact‑center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver new‑hire and ongoing training programs for multiple sites.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align training with revenue targets and operational needs.
• Conduct gap analyses, define learning objectives and implement post‑training assessments.
• Lead performance and compliance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee special projects related to new business launches and scaling training functions.
• Maintain consistency in training design, delivery and execution, providing feedback and best‑practice recommendations.
• Create and report on training metrics as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of people‑management experience at a manager level, preferably in operations and training.
• Strong understanding of contact‑center metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR and related KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead training teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience developing and executing strategic training plans and managing complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule as business needs dictate.
