About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking call centre agent to handle customer complaints related to internet connectivity. The role involves providing clear, courteous assistance to users across Cairo and Giza, working on a rotational night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers reporting internet issues.
Diagnose problems, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and log interactions.
Escalate unresolved cases to technical teams as needed.

Required profile

Recent graduate.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Willingness to work flexible rotational night shifts.

Net salary of 19,000 (currency not specified).
