About the role
TP Systems is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative for a US‑based account. The role involves handling customer concerns, processing payments and billing, and promoting sales for a specific line of business. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on inbound voice calls from the New Cairo office.
Key responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Manage payment processing and billing issues.
- Promote and handle sales for the assigned business line.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker (minimum B1 level).
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
- Graduates or drop‑outs aged 30 years or older.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.

- Net salary up to 21,000K EGP.
- Overtime paid at a rate equivalent to US dollars.
- Quarterly bonus of €195.
