Multilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish/French)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work on‑site in New Cairo, handling customer interactions in English, Spanish and French. You will engage with customers via phone, email, chat and other channels, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Address customer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and process service requests.
• Document all interactions in the designated systems following established procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, adhere to scripts and guidelines, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals while meeting performance and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to listen actively and resolve problems promptly.
• Interest or experience in enhancing customer experience across various communication channels.
• Understanding of best practices for customer service representatives.
• Prior contact‑center or customer service experience is preferred, but motivated entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
