About the role
We are looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Experts to join our Cairo team, providing voice support for a Mobility Account serving the USA market.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (B1+/B2 level, especially speaking).
- Availability for rotational night shifts between 4:00 PM and 4:00 AM (up to 2:00 AM for female staff) and rotational weekends.
What we offer
- Net monthly salary of EGP 19,000.
- Quarterly bonus of €195 linked to productivity and performance, plus additional KPI incentives.
