About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level accountant to manage inventory and warehouse control for our branches. The role involves monitoring stock movements, conducting regular counts, and ensuring accurate financial recording of damaged or expired items.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the movement of items into and out of the warehouse to the branches.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts to reconcile actual stock levels with recorded balances.
- Identify damaged or expired items and record them in the accounts according to company policy.
- Conduct inventory counts at branches and generate corresponding results.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a junior accountant.
- Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and analytical acumen.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
