Retail Collection Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Collection Team Leader to drive the performance of our collections department in Dokki. The role involves leading a team of collection officers, developing strategies to improve payment rates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team collection performance against monthly targets.
• Develop and implement collection plans to increase recovery rates.
• Analyze customer payment behavior, identify negative trends, and take corrective actions.
• Control delinquency ratios within acceptable policy limits.
• Assign customer accounts and tasks to team members and oversee their execution.
• Train and coach the collection team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and high‑quality customer interactions, including payment negotiations and settlements.
• Handle feedback from external agencies regarding delinquent customers.
• Track monthly collection targets for officers and report progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in collections or a related finance function.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of meeting strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
