ETIC CPS Project Manager – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC’s Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transformative project and programme management across a wide range of industries. The role focuses on optimising capital project portfolios, supporting senior leaders of global businesses, and delivering projects within constrained budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver project and programme management approaches for diverse sectors.
• Work closely with senior client leaders to optimise capital programme efficiency and achieve intended benefits.
• Manage multiple client engagements, reporting to Directors and senior leadership.
• Train, mentor, and lead project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and PwC brand presence.
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in project management within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and influence diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience training and leading staff.
• Awareness of local and national business and economic issues.
