Events & Activations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and execution‑focused Events & Activations Specialist to elevate our brand presence across multiple portfolios. You will design and deliver high‑energy, on‑ground experiences that strengthen corporate image, drive audience engagement, and generate media buzz.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute brand events, activations, sponsorships and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand leads, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, high‑quality execution.
• Contribute to creative concepts and experiential ideas that deliver impactful consumer experiences.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, supplier coordination and operational delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Work with PR and communications teams to maximise event exposure.
• Monitor performance, gather post‑event insights and recommend improvements.
• Build and sustain relationships with agencies, suppliers, venues and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative audience‑engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in events, activations, experiential marketing or brand engagement.
• Proven track record of supporting and executing on‑ground campaigns.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative activation concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors and external partners is preferred.
• Flexibility to support events outside standard working hours when required.
