Executive Business Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Business Assistant to work directly with the CEO of Pentavalue, a technology and innovation company. The role blends executive support with business development, focusing on lead generation, client communication, and commercial follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Contact new leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals.
• Respond to business enquiries received through the CEO’s office.
• Qualify client requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision‑making authority.
• Arrange client meetings and prepare meeting briefs.
• Create company presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals.
• Attend meetings with the CEO, document decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with leads and clients until opportunities progress or close.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with internal teams and provide regular summaries to the CEO.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relations, account management, or executive business support.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client handling, and business presentations.
• Excellent organization, research, and follow‑up abilities.
• Interest in technology, AI, software, and digital solutions is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
