Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our New Cairo office. The role involves prospecting, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and delivering high‑quality service in line with Coldwell Banker standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a client base, conduct property viewings and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values and legal requirements, prepare and present offers.
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers and internal teams, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate trends and update listings.
• Follow up on leads, support marketing activities, attend meetings and trainings, and ensure professional customer service throughout.

Required profile

• Strong real‑estate knowledge with a valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven sales ability, negotiation skills and a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and professional communication in English (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo, manage time effectively and handle multiple clients and properties.
