Field Trainer

About the role

INTEGRA is seeking a full‑time Field Trainer to coach and develop its pharmaceutical sales force. The role focuses on on‑site coaching visits, supporting the rollout of training programs, and delivering office‑based training sessions to improve selling and soft‑skill capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct coaching field visits with sales representatives to evaluate performance and reinforce training concepts.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of field training programs.
• Deliver office‑based training courses and refresher sessions on selling techniques and soft skills.
• Collaborate with the training department to ensure alignment of training content with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 1 year of experience as a field sales trainer or coach.
• Residence in the Delta region and ownership of a car.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to transfer knowledge clearly and maintain high morale among trainees.
• Good analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
