Field Trainer

About the role

INTEGRA is seeking a full‑time Field Trainer to coach and develop its pharmaceutical sales force. The role focuses on delivering on‑site training, evaluating performance, and supporting the implementation of training programs that enhance communication and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct coaching visits with sales representatives in the field.
• Assess and support the rollout of training initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Deliver office‑based training sessions on selling techniques and soft skills.
• Provide feedback and actionable recommendations to boost team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the training department to design and update training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 1 year of experience as a field sales trainer or coach.
• Residency in the Delta region and ownership of a car.
• Proven ability to develop high‑performing teams and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
