Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Go Native, a leading hub for local fashion brands in Egypt. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial reports to guide business decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports and tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategy that supports the company’s vision of empowering local brands.
• Organise documentation required for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
