Finance Manager – Multi‑Country Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager will safeguard the financial integrity of three legal entities operating in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. Based in Cairo, you will act as the finance business partner for regional leaders while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing, including accruals, reclassifications, reallocations and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure full compliance with Group accounting policies and statutory tax requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Shared Service Centre for Record‑to‑Report, Purchase‑to‑Pay and Invoice‑to‑Cash processes.
• Lead a team of two Finance Analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback and development.
• Prepare weekly cash‑flow reports, forecasts and manage funding requests.
• Support audit activities, prepare statutory financial statements and uphold the internal control framework (SOX‑PCAOB).
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across finance processes and contribute to system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within an international environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑entity financial operations and lead a small finance team.
• Strong knowledge of statutory tax compliance in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

Required skills

• Experience with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Familiarity with Group accounting policies and SOX‑PCAOB internal controls.
• Understanding of statutory tax filings (CIT, VAT, WHT) across multiple jurisdictions.
