Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Koinz, a fast‑growing Saudi consumer platform, is looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership across its expanding restaurant network. The role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the chance to shape financial strategy as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting cycles for all business units.
• Develop, maintain and analyse P&L statements, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in partnership with accounting.
• Monitor financial controls, cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Support investment decisions, fundraising and financial structuring for new initiatives and partnerships.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, leading regular P&L review meetings and translating data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or finance management.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in both operational and strategic finance, preferably with exposure to multiple markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
