Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Assistant Manager will support the FP&A Director in delivering comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Beltone Holding and its subsidiaries. The role enables informed decision‑making and contributes to the strategic growth of the group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and prepare annual budgets and business plans for all subsidiaries, gathering data from CEOs, department heads, and compiling financial statements.
• Review quarterly performance of subsidiaries, produce forecasts, and recommend business‑development actions based on financial modeling.
• Support the creation of long‑term business plans aligned with corporate strategy, incorporating market trends and financial projections.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare variance analyses, board presentations, and income statements.
• Validate direct payments, contractual agreements, and expense requests to ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
• Update financial models with latest data, conduct rolling forecasts, and assess scenario impacts.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders on financial advisory services, capital increases, acquisitions, and other transactions.
