Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support strategic decision‑making for a luxury jewellery brand by leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights, optimise profitability and ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating assumptions and inputs from all business functions.
• Prepare operating budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial plans, and monitor performance against them.
• Analyse monthly financial and operational results, produce management reports and calculate profitability by product, collection and channel.
• Partner with Retail, Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate pricing, promotions and commercial initiatives.
• Develop financial models, conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses, and support business cases for new investments and expansion projects.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, monitor operating expenses and recommend efficiency improvements.
