Fleet Control Senior Associate

About the role

The Fleet Control Senior Associate works in the Supply Chain function, monitoring driver safety across multiple fleet platforms for the EMEA region. Based in Cairo, the role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift, ensuring real‑time detection, validation, and escalation of safety violations while maintaining compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform live monitoring across eight fleet platforms to identify safety breaches.
• Validate incidents to confirm true safety violations.
• Communicate corrective actions to drivers in English and Arabic.
• Escalate high‑risk incidents to senior management following the escalation matrix.
• Document all violations accurately for audit readiness.
• Analyze driver behavior using big‑data sources and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and system providers to improve processes and maintain tools.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services, or fleet operations environment.
• High proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Cultural sensitivity to operate across diverse EMEA geographies.

Required skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket‑management systems.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Foundational knowledge of data reporting and big‑data analytics.
