Flight Operations Auditor

About the role

Wego is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Auditor to own end‑to‑end audit and settlement processes across its global GDS and BSP ecosystem. You will ensure financial and operational integrity throughout the ticketing lifecycle, from issuance to settlement, while leading a small specialist audit team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BSP settlement and reconciliation across Sabre (1S), Galileo/Travelport (1G) and multiple IATA entities.
• Conduct operational audits of ticketing, commissions, ADMs and unused tickets to guarantee financial accuracy.
• Reconcile GDS transactions with internal reporting tools such as Looker and BigQuery and produce monthly reconciliation reports.
• Oversee the full ADM lifecycle, including validation, dispute handling and settlement.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in audit and settlement workflows.
• Collaborate with airlines, IATA, BSP and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small audit team while enhancing documentation, reporting and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in airline ticketing and BSP settlement processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to financial detail.
• Experience leading a specialist audit or operations team.
• Proven track record of implementing process automation.
