Fragrance Consultant – PUIG

About the role

As a Fragrance Consultant for PUIG within Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail network in Egypt, you will deliver personalized fragrance experiences to customers, guiding them to the perfect scent while representing the brand’s heritage and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, occasions and fragrance profiles.
• Recommend and sell PUIG fragrances based on individual needs and brand stories.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed on fragrance notes, families, product ranges and new launches.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling complementary products.
• Ensure visual merchandising of fragrance displays aligns with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fragrances and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Minimum of 1 month retail experience (junior level).

Required skills

• Fragrance knowledge (notes, families, brand stories).
• Upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Merchandising basics.
