French Recruiter (Entry‑Level)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated French Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team within a multinational environment. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about recruitment and want to launch their HR career in a fast‑paced setting.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews in French.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and recruitment‑related tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluency in French at B2/C1 level or higher.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
