French Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and people‑oriented French Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The position is remote and full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone and online interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial screening to the offer stage.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate‑assessment skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
