Front Desk Receptionist – Salon

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our premium men’s grooming salon. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every client, handling appointments, inquiries, and payments with accuracy and care.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer initial questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Provide information on services, packages, and promotions.
• Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked reception area.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, guest data, and daily transactions.
• Assist with inventory of spa products and supplies.
• Support the creation of marketing materials when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
