About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. Working at Le Méridien near Cairo International Airport, you will play a key part in delivering memorable hospitality experiences through meticulous housekeeping.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
- Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Uphold professional uniform standards, personal appearance, and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high quality standards.
- Professional demeanor, including proper uniform and appearance.
- Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
