Frontend Lead React Native

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead specialized in React Native to drive the development of high‑quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform. You will lead a team of mobile engineers, define architecture standards, and ensure the delivery of scalable, user‑centric apps on both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain React Native mobile applications.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components and ensure high performance across devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain code quality.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development.
• 2+ years of experience leading frontend/mobile teams.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex mobile applications in a fintech or digital banking context (preferred).
