Full-Stack Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for experienced Full‑Stack Developers to join our fully remote team and help build Hausverwalter AI, an AI‑first all‑in‑one solution for property‑management companies. You will work on scalable web applications using modern technologies and AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web application with Next.js, TypeScript (≈85%), React/JavaScript (≈15%), Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• Work in an AI‑first development environment using Claude/Cursor.
• Manage version control and collaboration through GitHub.
• Ensure high code quality, testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Write database functions, migrations, and maintain the data layer.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems.
• Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and product vision.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent programming/automation experience.
• Strong English communication skills; German not required.
• Technical understanding, problem‑solving ability and capacity to handle performance pressure.
• Quick comprehension and disciplined work habits.
