Full-Time English Instructor – Cairo Branches

About the role

The American Egyptian Academy is seeking full‑time English instructors to teach across its Cairo campuses. You will deliver engaging English lessons, assess student progress, and create a supportive learning environment that encourages confidence and fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver English language lessons for various age groups.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments and oral activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students and parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to improve curriculum.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching and helping students grow.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, commitment and a positive outlook.
• Resident of Cairo or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to design effective lesson plans.
• Familiarity with age‑appropriate teaching methods.
