About the role
The General Manager – Commercial will lead DSV’s contract logistics commercial strategy in Egypt, driving revenue growth, market expansion and brand positioning. You will oversee a fully integrated commercial team covering sales, business development and key account management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for contract logistics.
- Lead sales growth, new‑business acquisition and best‑in‑class account management.
- Expand market presence and strengthen DSV’s brand in Egypt.
- Manage a cross‑functional commercial team to win new business and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Own commercial performance reporting, pipeline health, revenue delivery and forecasting accuracy.
- Provide regular performance insights and drive initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, commercial leadership or business development.
- Proven track record leading commercial teams within logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion and strategic account development.
