Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual concepts that support brand campaigns, seasonal launches, in‑store communication and digital platforms. Working closely with the Production & Asset Manager, the role ensures that all visual assets are delivered on time and maintain a consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for campaigns, promotions and marketing activations.
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions aligned with brand strategy and tone of voice.
• Design engaging assets for print, digital and in‑store applications while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain and evolve the brand visual system, including typography, colour palettes and layout structures.
• Update templates and creative assets to reflect brand developments.
• Stay informed on design trends, Gen Z culture, coffee‑culture aesthetics and social‑media visual movements.
• Propose new creative ideas and visual directions to elevate brand presence.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external creative partners as needed.
• Manage multiple design tasks while respecting project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and composition.
• Awareness of current design and social‑media trends.
