Graphic & Web Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and multi‑talented Graphic & Web Design Specialist to join our team. You will enhance our visual brand identity, manage and evolve our company website, and create compelling marketing designs that drive engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Website Design & Development – update, maintain and refresh the company website, propose UI/UX improvements, ensure visual consistency and performance optimization.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing Design – create professional visual content for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, develop visual strategies for ad campaigns, and introduce fresh static and motion designs to boost engagement and sales.
• Innovation & Growth – stay current with web and social media design trends, apply best practices to improve conversion rates, and adopt a problem‑solving approach through design.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and a solid understanding of web design principles.
• Experience with WordPress or similar web design tools and a proven track record of creating high‑performing, conversion‑focused social media ads.
• Exceptional artistic taste, proactive mindset for continuous innovation, and ability to influence purchasing decisions through design.
