About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay at Le Méridien, Cairo. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors, handles requests, and ensures every interaction feels personal and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in to check‑out.
• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lb.
