Join Pay10 at a pivotal moment as we scale our operations in the Egyptian payments market. As Head of Finance – Egypt, you will hold a strategic leadership role, serving as the primary financial partner to the CEO and a key link to our global finance team.

This is a high-impact position designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environments. You will be responsible for building the financial function from the ground up, ensuring robust governance, and driving data-driven decisions to support our rapid growth.

Missions principales

• Define and execute the local financial strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Lead the full finance cycle, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage treasury, cash flow optimization, and local financing requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, specifically Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) requirements.
• Implement and oversee internal controls, tax management, and legal compliance.
• Drive the implementation of financial systems and governance frameworks during the market scaling phase.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the Fintech or Banking sector.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian regulatory landscape and CBE regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale financial departments in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to act as a business partner to executive leadership.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
